Chef Head is a charismatic entertainer\/ scientist\/ chef-activist who wholeheartedly endorses the use of natural foods with a side of healthy lifestyles.
\nHe enters the place with the energy of an elite athlete. He sets the tone of the evening by creating an atmosphere of elegant fun. We had the pleasure of shooting a private event with Chef Anthony T. Head. The job was to create a \u201cChef\u2019s Table\u201d experience in the clients home.
\nThe main course for this meal was a Salmon Wellington with a whipped goat cheese cream sauce. Along the way, he created a variety of tasty goodies that included his secrets for creating them. The clean, intense flavor of co2 infused grapes as a palette cleanser was the perfect setup for the highly anticipated next taste. Wow\u2026 what an event!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
